ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس سوگ آسیب زا- خود گزارش دهی

چکیده

زمینه: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سوگ آسیب‌زا در یک نمونه در دسترس از افراد سوگوار ایرانی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش پیمایشی (زمینه ای) حاضر، شامل ۱۳۸ فرد سوگوار (۱۲۷ زن و ۱۱ مرد، میانگین سنی ۴۴ سال) بود که بیش از یک سال از فوت عزیزشان گذشته بود و با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سوگ آسیب‌زا، پرسشنامه کوتاه نشانه‌های بیماری و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد، گردآوری و با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، ضرایب همبستگی و شاخص‌های پایایی تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل عاملی تأییدی پس از اصلاحات نشان‌دهنده برازش قابل­قبول مدل بود؛ تمام گویه‌ها بجز گویه 15 بار عاملی بالای 0/04داشتند. مقدار شاخص میزان واریانس استخراج‌شده، برابر 0/41بود. اعتبار مقیاس نیز با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/92، ضریب امگا 0/91و اعتبار مرکب 0/90، مناسب ارزیابی شد. همبستگی با پرسشنامه کوتاه نشانه‌های بیماری (0/001>r= 0/76 ،P) و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد (0/001 >r=- 0/54، p)، روایی همگرا و واگرا را تأیید کرد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سوگ آسیب‌زا دارای پایایی و روایی مناسبی است؛ با این حال، بازنگری در گویه ۱۵ و استفاده از نمونه متنوع‌تر برای افزایش تعمیم‌پذیری توصیه می‌شود.

Background: This study aimed to examine the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Traumatic Grief Inventory–Self Report (TGI-SR) in a convenience sample of Iranian bereaved individuals.
Method: The present survey research; included 138 bereaved adults (127 women and 11 men; mean age = 44 years); who had experienced the death of a loved one more than one year prior and were recruited via convenience sampling. Participants completed the Persian TGI-SR along with the Brief Symptom Inventory and the Oxford Happiness Inventory. Data were analyzed using CFA, correlation coefficients and reliability indices including Cronbach’s alpha, McDonald’s omega, and composite reliability.
Results: After model modifications, CFA indicated acceptable model fit; all items except item 15 had factor loadings above 0.40. The AVE was 0.41. Internal consistency was satisfactory, with Cronbach’s alpha= 0.92, McDonald’s omega= 0.91, and CR= 0.90. Correlations with BSI-53 (r= 0.76, p< 0.001) and OHI (r= -0.54, p< 0.001) confirmed convergent and discriminant validity.
Conclusion: The Persian TGI-SR demonstrates adequate reliability and validity; however, revision of item 15 and use of a more diverse sample are recommended to enhance generalizability.
