مولفه های اختلال شخصیت وسواس جبری: یک مطالعه فراترکیب

چکیده

زمینه: اگرچه اختلال شخصیت وسواس جبری از شایعترین اختلالات شخصیت در جمعیّت عمومی است، اما به نسبت شیوع آن، مطالعات کمی درباره سنجش و درمان آن وجود دارد. یکی از موانع پژوهش ها، ابهامات و تناقضاتی است که درباره مولفه ها و شاخصه های اصلی این اختلال وجود دارد. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین مولفه ها و شاخصه های اختلال شخصیت وسواس جبری بر اساس فراترکیب و یکپارچه سازی کیفی مطالعات گذشته است.
روش: با توجّه به هدف پژوهش، مقالات علمی مرتبط با روش فراترکیب، جمع آوری و تحلیل شدند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مقالات علمی مرتبط با اختلال شخصیت وسواس جبری در زبان فارسی و انگلیسی بود. در جهت افزایش اعتبار نتایج، تنها تحقیقاتی انتخاب شدند که در پایگاه‌داده‌های جهاد دانشگاهی، نورمگز، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی، ایران داک، گوگل اسکالر و سایکنت و پابمد در بازه زمانی (1385-1403) نمایه شده بود. این پژوهش‌ها جمع‌آوری و نشانگان شخصیت وسواسی با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرائی از آنها استخراج و دسته بندی شدند. سپس مولفه ها و شاخصه های اصلی تعیین شدند و برای ارزیابی روایی محتوایی به 7 کارشناس ارائه و تأیید شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج فراترکیب نشان داد که اختلال شخصیت وسواسی شامل 4 مولفه اصلی سخت گیری و دقت افراطی، کمال گرایی افراطی، نظم و سازماندهی افراطی و عاطفه درون سو است، که هر یک شامل 6 شاخصه هستند.
نتیجه گیری: کارشناسان اختلال شخصیت وسواس جبری بایستی در ارزیابی ها و مداخلات درمانی کاهش این 4 مولفه را هدف قرار دهند.

Background: Although obsessive-compulsive personality disorder is one of the most common personality disorders in the general population, there are few studies on its measurement and treatment due to its prevalence. One of the obstacles to research is the ambiguities and contradictions that exist about the main components and indicators of this disorder. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to determine the components and indicators of obsessive-compulsive personality disorder based on meta-synthesis and qualitative integration of past studies.
Method: According to the purpose of the research, scientific articles related to obsessive-compulsive personality disorder were collected and analyzed using the meta-synthesis method. The statistical population of this study included scientific articles related to obsessive-compulsive personality disorder in Persian and English. In order to increase the reliability of the results, only studies were selected that were indexed in the databases of SID, noormags, ensani, IranDoc, Google Scholar, Psychnet, and PubMed in the period (2006-2024). These researches were collected and obsessive personality syndromes were extracted and categorized by inductive qualitative content analysis method. Then the main components and characteristics were determined, and to evaluate their content validity, they were presented to 7 experts and confirmed.
Results: The meta-synthesis results showed that obsessive-compulsive personality disorder includes 4 main components of strictness and extreme precision, perfectionism, extreme order and organization, and inner affect, each of which includes 6 characteristics.
Conclusion: OCPD experts should target reduction of these four components in assessments and therapeutic interventions.
