واکاوی بسترهای شکل‌گیری اقدام به خودکشی در دختران نوجوان: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناختی

چکیده

زمینه: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر واکاوی بسترهای شکل گیری اقدام به خودکشی در دختران نوجوان بود.
روش: روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی بود. جامعه این پژوهش شامل دختران اقدام کننده به خودکشی مناطق آسیب خیز استان کهگیلویه و بویر احمد در سال 1404-1403 بودند. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و تا مرز اشباع و نهایتاً انتخاب 14 نفر ادامه یافت. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته و عمیق بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون کلایزی و نرمافزار MAXQDA.20 کدگذاری شدند.
یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی 66 مفهوم اولیه، 11 مضمون فرعی و 3 مضمون اصلی شد. مضمون شرایط فردی آسیب پذیر شامل: خشم، عصبی بودن و ناآرامی، اضطراب و افسردگی، احساس بی معنایی در زندگی، عدم رضایت مندی، احساس تنهایی و طرد اجتماعی، شکل گیری بدبینی و درماندگی بود. مضمون زمینه های اجتماعی-فرهنگی آسیب زا شامل: آسیب های خانواده، مدرسه، همسالان و فضای مجازی بود. مضمون تجارب ناخوشایند گذشته عبارت بود از: تجربه شکست و شکل گیری روابط نامتعارف، جبر و محرومیت و بدرفتاری های تجربه شده قبلی بود.
نتیجه گیری: دختران نوجوان اقدام به خودکشی را روشی برای رهایی یا گرفتن حقوق نادیده گرفته شده خود در نظر میگیرند. ضروری است تجربه زیسته آنها در این مقوله ها جدی گرفته شود. در مجموع نتایج یافته های پژوهش، با تمرکز بر پیشگیری از عوامل منجر به اقدام به خودکشی در نوجوانان، میتواند محتوای لازم را جهت طراحی برنامههای مداخله ای و ایجاد سیستم های حمایتی برای آنان فراهم سازد و تلویحات کاربردی حائز اهمیتی دارد.

Background: The aim of the current research was the analysis of formation contexts of suicide attempt in female adolescents.
Method: The present research method was a qualitative and has been done using phenomenology aproach. The population of this study includes all female adolescents attempting suicide in Kohgiloyeh and Bouer Ahmad during the 2024-2025. The sampling framework was purposeful and the sampling continued until saturation was reached with 14 samples. The research tool was semi-structured and in-depth interviews. In order to analyze the data, coding was performed using the Claizian method and MAXQDA.20 software.
Results: Data dnalysis obtained from the interviews led to the identification of 66 primary concepts, 11 sub-themes, and 3 main themes. The content of vulnerable individual condition included: feelings of anger, annoyance and unrest, strees, anxiety and depression, feeling of meaninglessness in life, dissatisfaction, feeling loneliness and social rejection, the formation of pessimism and helplessness. Social cultural traumatic contexts included: Family, school, peers and virtual space. Past unpleasant experiences included: experience of failure, formation of unconventional relationships, force, deprivation and previous abuses experienced.
Conclusion: Adolescents female consider of suicide attempt as a way of escaping or getting unseen rights. It is essential to take the lived experiences of these individuals seriously, with a comprehensive focus on all dimensions. Overall, the results of this research can provide the necessary content to design preventive programs.
