چکیده

زمینه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه همجوشی ‌فکر و عمل و حساسیت‌اضطرابی با عملکردجنسی‌ زنان با میانجی‌گری ‌نشانگان ‌اختلال وسواسی-اجباری بود.
روش: طرح حاضر، با توجه به هدف از نوع بنیادی و از نظر شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و از نظر زمان، مقطعی بود. در راستای این هدف، ۳۷۸ نفر از دانشجویان‌ زن‌ متأهل دانشگاه تبریز با استفاده از روش ‌نمونه‌گیری‌ تصادفی ‌‌چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های عملکرد جنسی ‌زنان‌ روزن، وسواس‌ فکری‌عملی ‌ییل‌براون، ادغام‌ فکر و عمل ‌راچمن‌ و شافران و حساسیت ‌اضطرابی ‌ریس، نسبت به جمع‌آوری داده‌ها اقدام شد. برای تحلیل روابط ساختاری از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تحت نرمافزار AMOS₂₄استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل‌ اندازه‌گیری‌ شده با مدل‌ نظری برازش مطلوب دارد و نشانگان ‌اختلال ‌وسواسی ‌اجباری رابطه میان همجوشی‌ فکر و عمل و حساسیت ‌اضطرابی با عملکردجنسی ‌‌زنان را میانجی‌گری می‌کند. همچنین نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد بین حساسیت‌ اضطرابی و عملکرد جنسی ‌زنان، نشانگان اختلال ‌وسواسی اجباری و عملکرد جنسی ‌زنان رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار و بین همجوشی ‌فکر و عمل و عملکرد جنسی ‌زنان، همجوشی‌ فکر و عمل و نشانگان‌ اختلال ‌وسواسی ‌اجباری، و حساسیت ‌اضطرابی و نشانگان ‌اختلال‌ وسواسی ‌اجباری رابطه مثبت ‌و معنی‌دار وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: مبتنی ‌بر نتایج‌ به ‌دست‌ آمده، ‌می‌توان بیان داشت که کاهش سطوح حساسیت‌ اضطرابی، همجوشی‌ فکر و عمل و نشانگان ‌اختلال ‌وسواسی ‌اجباری می‌تواند موجب بهبود عملکرد جنسی زنان شود. همچنین با توجه به نقش میانجی‌گری نشانگان ‌اختلال وسواسی‌ اجباری می‌توان عنوان کرد که نشانگان این اختلال اثرات منفی همجوشی ‌فکر و عمل و حساسیت ‌اضطرابی را بر عملکرد جنسی ‌زنان، تشدید می‌کند و موجب بروز یا تشدید اختلالات عملکرد جنسی‌در زنان می‌شود.

Background: The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between thought-action fusion and anxiety sensitivity with women's sexual functioning, through obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms.
Method: Therefore, 378 married female students from University of Tabriz were selected using a multi-stage random sampling method. Data were collected using the Rosen Women's Sexual Functioning Questionnaire, the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale, the Thought-Action Fusion Scale by Rachman and Shafran, and the Anxiety Sensitivity Index by Reiss. After statistical calculations using AMOS₂₄software and Structural equation metod.
Results: The results indicated that the measured model had a good fit with the theoretical model, and obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms mediated the relationship between thought-action fusion, anxiety sensitivity, and women's sexual functioning. Additionally, the findings showed a significant negative relationship between anxiety sensitivity and women's sexual functioning, as well as between obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms and women's sexual functioning. There were also significant positive relationships between thought-action fusion and women's sexual functioning, as well as between thought-action fusion and obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms, as well as between anxiety sensitivity and obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms. hence,
Conclusion: it can be concluded that reducing levels of anxiety sensitivity, thought-action fusion, and obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms may improve women's sexual functioning.
