اثر بخشی درمان کارآمدی هیجانی بر تنظیم هیجانی، شفقت به خود و خود کارآمدی زنان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی درمان کارآمدی هیجانی بر تنظیم هیجان، شفقت به خود و خود کارآمدی زنان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود.
روش: در یک طرح کاربندی تصادفی کنترل شده جامعه آماری زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های روانشناسی اصفهان در سال 1400 هدف قرار گرفتند. یک نمونه شامل 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و بر اساس ملاکهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش(15 نفر) و کنترل(15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان ، شفقت به خود و خودکارآمدی بود. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه مداخله کارآمدی هیجانی دریافت کردند، در حالیکه گروه گواه در لیست انتظار ماندند. برای تحلیل دادها از تحلیل واریانس اندازه های مکرر استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد درمان کارآمدی هیجانی بر تنظیم هیجان، شفقت به خود و خود کارآمدی موثر است و این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار مانده است.
نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می شود این درمان جهت افزایش توانایی تنظیم هیجان، شفقت به خود و خود کارآمدی در زنان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study was to Effectiveness of Emotion Efficacy Therapy on Emotion Regulation, Self-Compassion and Self-Efficacy in Women with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Method: In a randomized controlled trial design statistical population of Women with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, referred to Psychological clinics in Esfahan in 2020 was targeted. A sample of 30 patients was chosen by the available sampling method and considering inclusion/exclusion criterias. Selected participants were randomly divided into two equal groups of Exprement(N=15) and Control(N=15). The instruments included Emotional Cognitive Regulation Questionnaire, Self-Compassion questionnaire, Self-Efficacy questionnaire. The experimental group received 10 sessions of ST intervention, while the control group remained on the waiting lis. A statistical analysis of variance analysis of repeated measures was performed.
Results: The results showed that Emotion Efficacy Therapy Positive affected on Emotion Regulation, Self-Compassion and Self-Efficacy and this effect remaind stable in follow-up phase.
Conclusion: it is suggested this therapy use for Increase Emotion Regulation, Self-Compassion and Self-Efficacy in Women with Generalized Anxiety Disorder
