چکیده

زمینه: تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی نقش مهمی در شکل‌گیری رفتارهای ناسالم در بزرگسالی دارد؛ شناسایی مکانیزم‌های زیربنایی در رابطه بین تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و رفتارهای خصمانه از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است؛ بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف نقش میانجی ذهنی‌سازی در رابطه بین تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و رفتار خصمانه در بزرگسالان انجام شد.

روش: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه کارکنان شرکت پایانه‌های نفتی ایران در سال 1403 بودند، در این پژوهش 280 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس مشارکت داشتند و به پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری (AQ)، پرسشنامه عملکرد بازتابی (RFQ) و پرسشنامه ترومای دوران کودکی (CTQ) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) انجام شد.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. نتایج نشان داد که تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی به طور مستقیم بر رفتار خصمانه (57/0=β) اثر مثبت و معنادار داشت؛ همچنین بر ذهنی‌سازی (58/0-=β) اثر منفی و معنادار داشت؛ نتیجه دیگر نشان داد که ذهنی‌سازی به‌صورت مستقیم بر رفتار خصمانه (34/0-=β) اثر منفی و معنادار داشت (05/0>P). نتیجه دیگر نشان داد که ذهنی‌سازی بین تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و رفتار خصمانه (20/0=β) نقش میانجی داشت.

نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی به صورت مستقیم و با نقش میانجی ذهنی‌سازی بر رفتار خصمانه بزرگسالان تاثیر دارد.

Background: The traumatic experiences of childhood play a significant role in the development of unhealthy behaviors in adulthood. Identifying the underlying mechanisms in the relationship between childhood traumatic experiences and hostile behaviors is of paramount importance. Additionally, this study aimed to explore the mediating role of mentalization in the relationship between childhood traumatic experiences and hostile behaviors in adults.
Method: The present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study included all employees of the Iranian Oil Terminals Company in 2024. A total of 280 participants were selected through convenience sampling and completed the Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire (AQ), the Reflective Functioning Questionnaire (RFQ), and the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ). Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM).
Results: According to the findings, the proposed model exhibited a good fit. In line with the findings, childhood traumatic experiences had a direct, significant positive effect on hostile behaviors (β= 0.57). Additionally, it had a significant negative effect on mentalization (β= -0.58). Another finding indicated that mentalization had a significant negative effect on hostile behaviors (β= -0.34) with p< 0.05. Moreover, another finding revealed that mentalization served as a mediator between childhood traumatic experiences and hostile behaviors
(β= 0.20).
Conclusion: In conclusion, the findings suggest that childhood traumatic experiences exert a direct influence on adult hostile behaviors, with mentalization functioning as a significant mediating variable
